SHIPPING

Items are usually dispatched within 2 -3 working days. We will send pieces on a tracked and insured service and send you a tracking link once it has been sent.

DUTIES AND CUSTOMS: 
In many countries, antique items (classed as over 100 years old) are exempt from duty, and we will send a certificate of antiquity with items where appropriate to facilitate this. However, please check the customs and import duties and regulations for your country before you buy. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping or customs, or any additional local taxes or fees. In accordance with the law and our insurance policies, we always declare the correct amount the the relevant customs organisations.

A NOTE FOR USA CUSTOMERS:

If the item you have purchased is less than 100 years of age you will be subject to taxes and duties in the USA, and the courier will contact you directly to pay these with US customs. If your item is over $2500 in value you may also be contacted by USA customs to provide more information about yourself before they release the item.

RETURNS

We gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations:

Contact us within: 14 days of delivery

Send items back within: 21 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within:  2 days of purchase 

Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can not accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders 

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

  • Items on sale

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs and for the item's safe return. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
If appropriate, a refund will be made once the item is received and has been inspected.

CUSTOM ORDERS: RE-SIZING AND CONVERTING

Depending on the item, we charge a small fee to re-size rings, and most rings can be re-sized. We can also convert many pieces, i.e: a brooch to a necklace.
Please ask if you would like a specific item sized or altered and we can quote for the work.
Please note that items that have been re-sized or customised in any way are non-refundable.

CERTIFICATION

Some of our jewellery comes with accredited gem certification, and if so, it will be clearly marked in the description. If a piece is not certified and you would like it to be, we can apply for certification for you. There is usually a small non refundable cost to do this of approximately £50, but we will confirm for each order.

PACKAGING / BOXES

Unless stated in the description, items are not sold in the pictured box. All items are wrapped in a presentation box and in a black jewellery box. If you have queries about the packaging please get in touch.

DESCRIPTIONS

With antique and vintage jewellery, it is very difficult to exactly measure stones without taking them out of their mounts. With closed back pieces it's even harder. However, we use specialist tools which give us very close measurements, but it is why our descriptions usually say stone sizes and measurements are approximate. If you want your stones certified or measured in a different way, please get in touch by emailing: info@audreyandwolf.com.

We do our absolute best to correctly date items, identify stones and their cuts, and give all known facts about our pieces. Dating is not always an exact science, which is why some of our dates are 'circa'.  Any mistakes or omissions are purely accidental.

Please take note of the measurements of a piece of jewellery. Items can sometimes look larger in close up photography, or look a different size on different people.

CONDITION OF ITEMS

Please be aware that everything on the site is antique and vintage. By virtue of that fact, they all have some degree of wear. When we state the condition is 'good', it is good second hand condition, commensurate to an item's age and it is reasonable to expect some level of wear. If there is more significant damage or wear we will state it as clearly as possible.
