This gold and diamond bicycle pendant necklace is an antique Victorian English piece and is a representation of the 'Safety Bicycle' - invented and hugely popular from the 1880's. The bike made transport affordable for all, and made great changes to Victorian society. The Victorian's were huge fans of cycling - this piece was originally a brooch and may have been given to a member of a cycle club or an enthusiast.
MATERIALS: 15ct Gold, 0.15ct Diamond
DIMENSIONS: The bicycle is 20mm high and 36mm wide. It feels delicate and is quite light at 2.9g.
