This is an antique Victorian opal and diamond navette ring. The opal is a gorgeous lively blue, green / pink colour which changes and dances in the light, and is surrounded by old cut diamonds, set in silver and mounted on an 18ct gold band.
MATERIALS: Opal, old cut diamonds, 18ct gold, silver
DIMENSIONS: UK SIZE Q, US SIZE: 8( can be re-sized). The opal navette is 22mm high and x 9mm wide. It Weighs 3.2g
ERA: The opal and diamond stones are Victorian and date to the later 1800’s. The band is unmarked but I believe it has been added at a later point - it’s believed that this ring (and another similar one) was converted from some Victorian men's cufflinks.
CONDITION: The whole ring is in good used condition, commensurate to it’s age. The silver and gold has some tarnish / patina but can be cleaned.
This ring can be re-sized for a small price- please ask and I'd be happy to quote.
